The Besant Theosophical College campus reverberated with patriotism when one lakh voices sang the national anthem ‘Jana Gana Mana' on Tuesday.
The entire town was painted in various shades of the tricolour and the mood was akin to a folk festival. The huge flex boards carrying the image of the ‘Vishwa Kavi' Rabindranath Tagore reflected the nationalistic passion palpable among the denizens.
